How can we tell them
what they already know

there is nothing left

the end is past
we are already dead
but we will never know

how it ended

Women Wearing Boxers

The topic of today's post, as suggested by a friend, is women wearing boxers, be it on their heads or as underwear.

Personally, I support boxers as cranium bling for women. In my opinion, there is no cooler head adornment. Think about what kind of a statement hats make, be it on a male or female. That statement ranges from "I have a faint interest in John Deere as a company" to "I like skateboarding enough to wear a hat from a store which is vaguely related to skateboarding." Boxers, however, are a profound fashion statement. They say, for example, "I am courageous enough to wear men's undergarments on my head" or maybe "I woke up with my boyfriend's boxers on my head. I think he put something in my drink last night..."

Apparently, some women wear men's boxers as underwear (though it's generally as sleepwear). This really ruins what I had in mind, so I will pretend that a noticeable portion of women wear boxers regularly as opposed to "normal" female underwear. Does this even count as a statement? If so, then no doubt it is a provocative one, for the only people who will (presumably) see your choice in skivvies is someone who has recently taken your pants off for you.

Of course, it is entirely possible that some females wear such baggy pants that their maybe-just-a-little-bit-less-baggy drawers are also visible. These women are most likely asexual.

The End of the Beginning

A blog has been born.

It shall, one day, contain all sorts of philosophical musings upon the one philosophical topic grandiose enough to warrant its own Monty Python movie: The Meaning of Life. A warning: some of these posts may be inspired by such bizarre influences as The Matrix and Scott Adam's writings.

Read at your own risk, but do enjoy your stay.
